Handed over in 2010, Eqwater is the third office building designed by Bouygues Immobilier in the business district of Issy-les-Moulineaux, near Paris. With 14,500 m2 of office space, Eqwater can house 1,200 people spread across 7 floors.

Urbest was chosen as the innovative solution to report, monitor and manage facilities management requests within the building. Soon enough, office residents got used to the user friendly interfaces on web, app and SMS. Engineers on site were delighted to have an enhanced working tool which delivered efficiency in operations. As for the property manager, they receive live information on operations and make sure everything works fine in order to maintain a smooth and seemless working environment for people in Eqwater.
