(“Company,” “we,”, “our” and "Urbest") collects, uses, shares and manages personal data when using this website https://urbest.io (the “Site”), the proprietary, cloud-based software platform for real estate management accessible from the Site (the “Platform”) and/or the Urbest mobile application(s) that allow access to the Platform from mobile devices, (the “Application” and, collectively with the Platform and Site the “Services”). Please read the following information carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it. This Policy also details the rights of users regarding their personal data and our commitment to protect their privacy.

Purposes of processing

What is personal data?

We collect information about you in a range of forms, including personal data. As used in this Policy, “personal data” is as defined in the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 and any successor legislation, this includes any information which, either alone or in combination with other information we hold about you, identifies you as an individual, including, for example, your name, postal address, email address and telephone number.

  • we may use GPS technology (or other similar technology) to determine your current location in order to determine the city you are located within and display a location map with relevant advertisements when you use mobile applications (We will not share your current location with other users or partners. If you do not want us to use your location for the purposes set forth above, you should turn off the location services for the mobile application located in your account settings or in your mobile phone settings and/or within the mobile application).

Information Automatically Collected

We automatically log information about you and your computer or mobile device when you access our Services. For example, when visiting our Services, we log your computer or mobile device operating system name and version, manufacturer and model, browser type, browser language, screen resolution, the website you visited before browsing to our Services, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times and information about your use of and actions on our Services. Sharing your personal data

How we explicitly handle personal data with any third parties:

  • Our Third Party Service Providers. We do not share your personal data with our third party service providers who provide services such as data analysis, information technology and related infrastructure provision, and other similar services. These third parties are only permitted to use anonymised identifiers linked to your device or web browser to the extent necessary to enable them to provide their services to us. They are required to follow our express instructions and to comply with appropriate security measures to that data. Having said that, your personal data is not shared externally with any services.
  • Corporate Restructuring. We may share personal data when we do a business deal, or negotiate a business deal, involving the sale or transfer of all or a part of our business or assets. These deals can include any merger, financing, acquisition, or bankruptcy transaction or proceeding.

Retention

Our Services are not directed to children under 16. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us using the details below. We will delete such information from our files as soon as reasonably practicable.

Sensitive personal data

You may contact us anytime to opt-out of: (I) direct marketing communications; (II) automated decision-making and/or profiling; (III) our collection of sensitive personal data; (IV) any new processing of your personal data that we may carry out beyond the original purpose; Please note that your use of some of the Services may be ineffective upon opt-out.

  • Erase and forget.
